Crynodeb
Able to lead congratulation in a regular worship and Sunday services. Organise conventions, capable of preaching and leading prayers. Able to coordinate congregation and inculcate disciplines into them successfully. Have at least 4 years experience about youth leading ministry. Qualified enough to organise and conduct baptismal classes and carry out baptisms for qualified members. Able to administer Holy Communion, conduct wedding or marriage ceremonies, funeral, christenings and dedications. Well sound in Biblical Doctrines in order to grow church members in the Spirit and biblical doctrines in order to have sound moral concepts. Ready to participate in the ministry weekly staff meetings. Flexible enough to work with additional tasks giving by the lead pastor. Ability to understand and speak French and Spanish is an additional qualification (but not necessarily compulsory). Qualified at least with a bachelor degree in order to communicate and administer effectively in English language. Born again, spiritually matured and well experienced.
