Customer Service Advisor
Location – Bournemouth
Salary - £24,000 per annum
Hours – Monday – Friday
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join their team. The role is all about personality, positivity, and a genuine passion for helping customers. While previous experience is welcome, it is not essential as full training will be provided. What matters most is a friendly and professional manner, a willingness to learn, and the drive to deliver excellent service.
Duties –
- Be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email, handling enquiries in a professional and supportive way
- Understand customer needs, provide advice where possible, or pass queries to the right department
- Keep customer records up to date
- Manage daily tasks such as responding to queries, checking deliveries, and updating systems
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve customer issues and process credits where needed
Skills -
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage daily tasks efficiently
