Summary
Fire Alarm Manager – North London – £57,000
RGB Network are working on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing electrical contractor that’s expanding its fire division. As part of this exciting growth, they’re now seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Manager to take full ownership of the fire alarm operations—covering installation, maintenance, and servicing.
This is a senior-level role offering full autonomy to lead the division, manage existing contracts, and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fire alarm division, covering installation, service, and maintenance.
- Supervise engineers, admin staff, and supervisors to promote a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and industry standards (including fire safety and electrical compliance).
- Oversee both in-house teams and subcontractors to maintain quality and compliance across all projects.
