Why this role stands out
Great pay: Start at £13.60 ph, rising to £14.10 after 3 months
Extra earnings: Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours per week
Bonus potential: Earn up to 25% of your annual salary upon eligibility
Reliable hours with flexibility: Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a usual start time of 6pm. Flexibility is required to meet production demands.
Annual leave perks: After 12 weeks you’ll benefit from a generous 30 days of annual leave

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of a busy night shift team working with fresh salmon and trout. Expect tasks like:
Feeding the production line
Gutting, washing and grading fish
Tagging, boxing and chill work (icing, lidding, palletising)
Filleting and final prep
It’s physical, fast paced and essential to keeping the supply chain flowing!
