We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the education and development of primary school students.
Position description / Job description
- Provide individual and group support to primary school students.
- Assist teachers with classroom management and lesson preparation.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
Expectations / Requirements
We're looking for you, if:
- You possess an enhanced DBS check on the updated service.
- You have a full UK Enhanced DBS.
- You have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in the UK.
- You have experience working with primary school students.
- You are flexible and able to work both full-time and on a long-term basis.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.
- You are passionate about supporting student's learning and development.
