We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support the Food & Beverage team at The Auckland Project. This role provides vital administrative support across various functions, including finances, procurement, stock management, scheduling, and record-keeping. The position plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations within the department, contributing to the guest experience and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the smooth running of administration within the Food & Beverage department.
· Manage finances including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and handling financial requests.
· Maintain and update databases, contact lists, calendars, schedules, and stock sheets.
· Take and distribute minutes from team meetings.
· Support the management team with SAGE Intacct and other financial/administrative systems.
· Provide flexible support to other areas of the business as required.
· Any other duties as requested by the Director of Food & Beverage.

Essential:
Administration qualification
GCSE Literacy (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Administrative ability and IT literacy
Numeracy and financial skills for monitoring budgets
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a busy environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Professional, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
Desirable:
IT qualification
Experience in hospitality, preferably food and beverage
Experience using financial systems (SAGE Intacct desirable)
Experience managing budgets
