Location: London Heathrow
Hours:
8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 3 Months

About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a short-term contract. You'll be the first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and professional support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and Teams
- Logging and resolving issues efficiently and accurately
- Collaborating with internal teams using Microsoft Teams
- Maintaining up-to-date records and documentation
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Confident using Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
