What you'll be doing;
Generate suitability reports from newly onboarded clients
Contact clients to complete welcome call, portal activation and anniversary calls
Assisting with inbound calls to customer service
Admin duties
Your responsibilities will include;
Always delivering the highest level of customer service
Ensuring all action and communication is clearly noted on the system
Managing your time effectively is key
Ensuring the FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision are met
What they're looking for;
2 Years experience in financial services
A great communicator with professional telephone manner
A highly motivated individual with a drive to deliver outstanding customer service
The ability to build a great rapport with clients through a consultative approach
What they'll do for you;
Provide you with full training and support for the role
Ensure you are kept up to date with any product or regulatory changes
Continue to develop your skills
Invest in you to help you further your career
