Job Description: Are you passionate about warehouse operations and logistics? Looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and growing company? We're currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our dedicated team at our Highbridge site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Goods with Care: Use our warehouse system and scanner to receive, locate, pick, and dispatch goods accurately and safely.
- Stock Movement: Load and unload orders, ensuring items are stored in the correct locations.
- Inventory Support: Replenish and consolidate stock to maintain efficient flow.
- Clean & Organised Workspace: Help maintain a tidy and safe warehouse environment.
- Process Compliance: Complete paperwork and report any defects in line with warehouse procedures.
Requirements:
- A Pivot / Ride-on PPT licence is a bonus - but if you don't have one, we'll provide full training.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
