Are you a detail-driven finance professional who thrives on turning numbers into meaningful insights?

We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making across an award winning charity.

What you’ll do:
• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accurate financial postings.
• Collaborate with Service Managers and Budget Holders to review variances and provide insights.
• Provide effective line management and leadership to Finance Officers
• Assist with ongoing projects, offering proactive input and helping drive improvements.

Who we’re looking for:
• A part-qualified accountant or graduate with strong relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial data clearly.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and confident using accounting systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to self-manage and consistently deliver results
