The Role
As a PPC Analyst, you’ll manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms. Your work will directly influence traffic, leads, and revenue, helping us grow our presence in the digital space. You’ll work closely with marketing teams, providing data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and drive business impact.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, set up, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms
• Conduct keyword research and write compelling ad copy with strong calls-to-action
• Implement ad extensions, audience targeting, and geo/device-specific strategies
• Monitor campaign performance using KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
• Conduct A/B tests on ads and landing pages to optimise results
• Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Prepare regular reports for internal teams with clear recommendations
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to align campaigns with overall strategy
What You Need
• Passion for digital marketing and paid search
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities to optimise campaigns
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Previous experience in PPC, SEM, or digital marketing (agency or client-side)
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics
• Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads certifications (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (desirable but not essential)
