Has experience in waste collection, recycling, refuse, or environmental services
Enjoys helping residents and solving problems
Can monitor and report service performance
What you’ll do:
Make sure bins and recycling are collected on time
Help residents with enquiries and complaints
Work with contractors to keep services running smoothly
Support service improvements
