Salary: Starting Salary is £26,824 (Level one) rising to £27,694 (Level three) per annum ‘pro rata for part-time’

About the Role

  • To provide a high quality first point of duty contact to members of the public and others contacting the Personalisation Hub, take referral information as appropriate.
  • Support the wider team with duty systems, including managing the duty rota, diary and performance monitoring of the Duty Point.
  • To provide an excellent customer focused service to citizens, parents/carers, children or young people and other colleagues and partners requesting Social Care or Health support.
  • To provide accurate, appropriate information and advice on the range of services provided by the Personalisation Hub.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Knowledge and experience of information technology systems.
  • Able to process and maintain manual and computerised records, including numerical calculations.
  • Good communication styles and people skills to communicate effectively with vulnerable citizens, young people and their parents/carers/family.
  • Able to work under pressure in a flexible manner adapting to changing circumstances and taking direction from team managers and seniors as required

- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
