About the Role
We are seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s teams in the West Midlands area.
This role is based on the front of house, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering a warm welcome, maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, and providing first-class support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Offering refreshments and ensuring hospitality areas are fully stocked
Keeping the reception area clean and presentable at all times
Refilling tea, coffee, milk, and other supplies
Emptying and loading the dishwasher
Assisting colleagues with ad hoc tasks as required
Ensuring high standards of customer care at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house role preferred
Smart business attire is essential (blazer, shirt/jacket, trousers, black & white business shoes – no trainers, sandals, or flip-flops)
Ability to work flexible hours, including odd weekdays and weekends
Ideally have access to your own transport due to the location
Professional, reliable, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
Pay & Benefits
£12.21 per hour – paid weekly via Elite Personnel
Enrolment into our company pension scheme
20 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata)
