The Role
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Progress to join our Construction Department. This role is integral to supporting student success through the development and delivery of high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. With a focus on fostering an inclusive and engaging educational environment, this position contributes to our department's reputation for excellence in construction education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Lecturer in Progress within the Construction Department, your key responsibilities are to:

Deliver and manage inclusive learning, teaching, and assessment to a high standard, ensuring student success.
Support curriculum design, development, and delivery in line with programme regulations and best practices.
Monitor and enhance student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression while providing targeted support.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and actively engage with B&FC’s academic community through professional practice, scholarship, and research.
