We are currently looking for an energetic, person-centred Relief Extra Care Support Worker to join our experienced team in Carlisle. You will provide personalised care and support to older adults with additional needs, promoting active and independent lifestyles.

Our services in Carlisle have a strong history of helping individuals with a wide range of needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, ensuring our service users enjoy opportunities for personal development and engaging within their local communities.

Your duties will include providing personal care, medication administration, developing warm and trusting relationships with service users, and carrying out general administrative duties and housing management tasks. You will need to work flexibly with the upmost positive regard for the individuals we support.

A minimum of twelve months' care experience is essential. You must demonstrate a can-do approach, person-centred values, energy, and commitment, and be able to contribute to a positive team ethos.

Relief staff are paid weekly through our Bank Payroll.
