We are a recruitment agency acting on behalf of our client who has two busy retail stores in the Glasgow Area. Our client is in the process of applying for a sponsor license and is able to take applications from skilled workers currently in the UK.
We are looking for individuals who hold relevant experience and have the skills to perform the duties required. You must be willing to work flexible hours and have a can do attitude. The salary quoted is based on a 43.5 hour working week.
Main duties include -
Serve customers by attending to their needs, providing product advice, and assisting with selections and purchases.
Operate cash registers, manage sales transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Manage stock levels including ordering, receiving deliveries, checking invoices, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked. Maintain store displays ensuring products are neatly arranged, clearly priced, and attractive to customers.
Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring security protocols are adhered to.
Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the store premises.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, or concerns efficiently and professionally. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct periodic stocktaking and maintain accurate inventory records.
