Are you driven, ambitious, and ready to build a rewarding career in recruitment? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our established Manufacturing team in our HQ in Salford.
You’ll receive full training from a highly skilled Business Development Manager with many years in the industry and work alongside a team of supportive, knowledgeable recruiters who thrive on collaboration and success. From day one, you’ll be hands-on—sourcing top talent across a variety of technical and non-technical roles, building candidate pipelines, matching skills to job requirements, preparing candidates for interviews, managing feedback, and supporting the full offer and onboarding process.
Once you have mastered the candidate side to the role, you will be supported to learn the business development side. Shadowing calls, going to client meetings and understanding how to engage, consultant and influence to build our your own client portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be trained in the skills and develop you career at a pace that allows you to truly understand and learn the skills required. You’ll play a critical role in connecting skilled professionals with some of the most respected companies in the industry.
