Summary

We're hiring Production Operators to join the Plate Department of a busy manufacturing site in Ebbw Vale. This is a permanent position with a well-established company, offering full-time hours on a 4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights). Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery in a fast-paced production environment

• Perform basic maintenance and small fixes to ensure smooth operations

• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues

• Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols

• Work collaboratively with the production team

• Previous experience in a production or machine operating role is preferred

• Mechanically minded with good attention to detail

• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts
