Are you passionate about safety and delivering a great customer experience?​

As a Security Team Leader with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

In this role, you will lead by example, setting the standard for excellence and strengthening client partnerships by delivering consistent, high-quality service in line with the ISS approach.

The Role

Lead, support, and motivate a team of Security Officers to deliver exemplary security operations

Ensure the safety and security of the site, its people, and its assets at all times

Oversee site activity and ensure the team is fully briefed on daily events and operational priorities

Maintain vigilance and identify potential risks, ensuring proactive measures are in place

Prevent unauthorised access and ensure compliance with all access control procedures

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders

Conduct regular audits, checks, and reports to ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security standards

Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development to team members

About You

Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a security environment

A valid front-line Security Guarding, Door Supervision, or Close Protection SIA license (essential)

Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, and related technology

Excellent situational awareness, attention to detail, and a consistent approach to security operations

Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions

Commitment to developing your team and fostering a positive, professional culture
