Alkali Environmental is the UK’s newest and fastest growing UKAS & MCERTS emissions testing company. We are a company founded and run by stack testers to provide dedicated emissions monitoring services with a broad scope of accreditation.
We are looking for a recent graduate or similarly qualified person to join our Stack Emissions testing team as a Graduate Emissions Engineer.

Job Description:
A Graduate Emissions Engineer will work alongside senior Project & Training Managers to deliver emissions monitoring contracts whilst progressing through an intensive training programme which will comprise of internal and external training courses, extensive in work training and external examinations. On completion of the training programme and examinations the employee will be promoted to Project Manager who will lead emissions monitoring contracts in addition to further responsibilities within the company.
Typical daily activities will include:
· Preparation of equipment
· Travel to sites within the UK & Ireland
· Conducting emissions testing on clients’ sites in accordance with company procedures
· Calibration and maintenance of equipment
· Undertaking training courses and informal training
· Working in compliance with company safety and quality procedures

Benefits
£26,000 - £30,000 rising to £35,000 - £50,000 on completion of qualifications and experience
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Schedule: 40-hour weekMonday to Friday. Travel, overnight stays, and occasional working outside of normal working hours may be required.
