Salary: £27,000–£35,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required for evenings/weekends) plus to be part of the on call rota (on rotation)
Location: Buckingham/Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire (Field-Based)
Reporting to: Senior Clinical Lead for Region

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive and caring Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services across XX This is a dynamic, field-based role where you’ll be the key link between our clients, their families, and our care teams—ensuring care plans are tailored, compliant, and consistently excellent.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Care Planning & Assessment
- Conduct client assessments and create personalised care plans
- Review and update care packages based on changing needs
- Work closely with operational teams to identify training and performance needs
- Conduct carer supervision and appraisals
✅ Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure services meet CQC standards
- Conduct audits and maintain accurate documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care
What We’re Looking For
✔ NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
✔ Experience in a supervisory or management role within health and social care
✔ Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
✔ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (travel required across Buckingham/Bedfordshire/Northamptonshire/Oxfordshire)
✔ A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
