Commercial Property Agent Role:
As a Commercial Property Agent, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties and supporting clients with sales, lettings, and property management. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive results.

Commercial Property Agent Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a portfolio of commercial properties, including offices, retail, and industrial units

  
  

• Negotiating sales and lettings, ensuring smooth transactions for clients

  
  

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

  
  

• Conducting property viewings and valuations

  
  

• Supporting clients with property management queries

  
  

• Driving business growth through networking and proactive client engagement

  
  

  What They Are Looking For:

  Essential:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in commercial property

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

    
    

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of the Blackburn and surrounding property market

      
      

    • Previous experience within a property agency environment
