Group Billings Executive
Join our dynamic team as a Group Billings Executive, where you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for group bookings across our UK hotels. Your attention to detail and proactive communication will help maintain smooth billing operations and uphold our service standards
Main responsibilities:
- Reconcile and issue group invoices within 5 days of departure.
- Verify charges in Opera against provided backups with support from Groups Admin and Front Office teams.
- Apply outstanding charges (e.g. accommodation, no-shows, cancellations) per group agreements.
- Issue air crew invoices in the correct format.
- Monthly reconciliation of Leisure Groups FOC credits.
- Flag recurring issues to the Billing Team Leader for resolution.
- Manage the Groups Billing inbox and respond to queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and legal standards.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
