Retirement Living Assistant
The Strategic Alliance between High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council has been in place for more than a decade - the Councils share a workforce delivering services to two distinct areas with their own corporate plans and priorities. The sheer variety of work is a factor that's often mentioned as a big plus by our staff in terms of professional development. While we've achieved a lot there's still much to do so it's the perfect time to be joining us.

£25,583- £27,254 per annum pro rata.

Work location: Across the High Peak Retirement Living Complexes
This is an exciting new opportunity to work alongside our Retirement Living Officers to support the efficient running of six Retirement Living Complexes across the High Peak. Working across all of our complexes you will support the health and safety and social wellbeing of our tenants and residents.
To join our team and make a real difference you need to have the following attributes:
· Kind, caring, compassionate and enthusiastic
· A good listener and communication skills
· Ability to work in a stressful situation and deal with emergencies
· Be able to manage an ever-changing workload
· Flexible approach and positive "can do" attitude
Appointment is subject to successful enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service clearance and full driving licence.
