Maintenance Supervisor – Prestigious M&E Service Provider – Knightsbridge – £52K

A highly respected building services contractor is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team on a flagship mixed-use development in Knightsbridge.

This landmark site incorporates residential, retail, and commercial spaces, offering a dynamic and prestigious working environment.

The successful candidate will oversee all landlord and tenant areas, delivering exceptional levels of service in line with client expectations.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, responsible for leading a small team consisting of one engineer and an administrator, while also ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations.

Key duties will include:

- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance schedules
- Direct involvement in engineering tasks as required
- Attending client meetings and preparing reports
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Managing and supporting site staff
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Additional overtime and weekend work will be available when required.

Package includes:

- Salary up to £52,000 (depending on experience)
- 25 days annual leave
- Company pension scheme

Candidate requirements:

- Fully qualified electrically or mechanically (C&G, HNC/HND or equivalent)
- Strong background with critical systems and building plant
- Proven experience supervising engineering teams
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong knowledge of compliance and health & safety
- Previous experience within a blue-chip commercial environment
