Then this could be the role for youJOB TITLE: GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVELOCATION: KING’S LYNN (WITH REGULAR WORK AT OUR OTHER CAMPUSES)HOURS: 15 PER WEEK (MONDAY AND TUESDAY EACH WEEK)SALARY: £9,645 - £9,726 PER ANNUM (£23,792 - £23,992 FTE)CWA are looking for a new member of their grounds keeping team on a part-time basis to assist in keeping our sites in excellent condition. The hours will be mainly worked at our King’s Lynn campus, however there may be occasions where you need to visit our Wisbech or Cambridge campus, for which travel expenses are payable.This is a physically demanding role involving all aspects of gardening and groundwork, from soil cultivation to woodland management, through to minor landscaping work.The successful postholder must be experienced in a similar role and hold at least a level 2 qualification in a related field as well as holding a full UK driving license including towing a trailer due to the nature of the work being undertaken. We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Property Services team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength.
