• NVQ 4 Building Maintenance & Estate Service, Facilities Management or equivalent qualification, or experience in a relevant discipline

• NEBOSH in property management or equivalent

About You

You are likely to have gained experience in building or property caretaking and have have experience of maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, wiring. You will be passionate about maintaining the current state of the building and comfortable with carrying out a range of compliance checks.
