What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Inclusion Team as Personal Development Centre Coordinator. Thisnew and rewarding position would suit someone with experience of supporting the learning and pastoral needs ofyoung people in an education setting. You will be working closely with students at risk of suspension to promotepositive discipline and to support their personal development.
Planning, organising and delivering a range of opportunities, you will work to raise students’ aspirations, supportthem to develop positive discipline for learning habits, ensure academic progress and improve aspects of theirsocial, emotional and mental health. An ability to build strong relationships with students will be essential.
