We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children in their early years. This role is essential in supporting the development of young minds and ensuring that each child receives the highest standard of care and education.
Duties
Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning through play.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records of progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the curriculum.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, promoting respect and cooperation among children.
Support children’s individual needs, including those with special educational requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting.
Experience
Proven experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
L2 or L3 in Early Years Education is essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
