Job Opportunity: Assembly Operatives - Composite Door Manufacturing
Location: Brigg, Lincolnshire
Shifts:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday - 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday - 2:00 PM to Midnight (rotational)
Pay Rate: £12.86 per hour - paid breaks included
Contract: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Temp to Perm: Permanent contract may be offered after a successful 12-week period
Own transport is essential due to location
Join a busy and growing warehouse team specialising in the assembly of composite doors. This is a hands-on role that involves manual labour, working with tools, and being part of a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembling composite door components using hand and power tools
- Manual handling and lifting of materials
- Quality checking finished products
- Following health & safety and production procedures
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred
- Comfortable with manual labour and working on your feet
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Own transport due to location in Brigg
