Ready to take the next step in your HR career? Acorn by Synergie is seeking an organised and people-focused HR Assistant to join their client's busy HR team. This role offers great exposure to all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll administration, and colleague engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Assist with payroll administration.
  • Help drive colleague engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year admin experience (HR experience is helpful but not essential).
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • IT savvy with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to get stuck in.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with SAP HR or similar HRIS systems.
  • Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people verbally and in writing.
