Are you a digital marketer with a flair for project delivery and a passion for creating seamless online experiences? I am working in partnership with a construction company who are looking for a part-time Digital Content & Website Lead to project manage the development of their new website.
This is a part-time contract role for a minimum of 6-9 months until May 2026. This is a hybrid role where you will be based, 2 days in their Watford office and 1 day from home.
This is a high-impact role where you'll combine your digital expertise, content strategy skills, and stakeholder management experience to bring a major web transformation to life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new corporate website, from planning to launch - phase 1 May 2026.
- Develop and manage SEO-optimised, user-centric content that aligns with brand and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technical teams to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
- Champion SEO best practices, including keyword strategy, metadata, and content structure.
- Define and uphold visual content standards (images, video, graphics) in line with brand guidelines.
- Represent the UK region in global digital forums, aligning local needs with international strategy.
- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in digital marketing or website project management.
- Strong copywriting and content editing skills, with a sharp eye for tone, clarity, and consistency.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content performance metrics.
- Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Drupal).
- Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
- A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
