Care Team Leader – £15.50 per hour – Full-Time Hours, Day Shifts

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience working in a residential care home in a senior role (Senior Care Assistant or above)
- Strong understanding of person-centred care planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A caring, empathetic approach with a genuine commitment to supporting older people

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support a dedicated care team on day shifts
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Oversee and maintain individual care plans, tailored to residents’ needs and preferences
- Support with hands-on care when required, leading by example
- Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting best practice in dementia and elderly care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
