What we are looking for: We are seeking a motivated professional with: A recognisedSocial Work qualificationandcurrent registration with Social Work England. To ensure appropriate safeguarding processes are in place for those most vulnerable adults. To manage a caseload under supervision. To represent and be able to make decisions with management guidance on behalf of RBWM, including work in multi-agency settings. To ensure work carried out is within RBWM budgetary constraints. Be responsible for following and maintaining all policies and procedures as designated by RBWM. Make decisions on day- to- day operational issues within the remit of the post and in line with the eligibility criteria to ensure the safety of vulnerable people.
