As a Nursing Assistant you will be completing daily duties including: Providing care and support for patients who are acutely mentally unwell Spending 1:1 time with patients Escorting patients off the ward Completing levels of observations with patients Engaging patients in therapeutic activities Completing physical observations and general physical check Working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to make changes inpatients' care Supporting patients with their ADLs Managing difficult situations Providing support to other wards across the unit Responding to patients when they are distressed
