Are you an experienced Care Home Deputy Manager looking for your next career move? Our client is a respected care provider on the Isle of Wight, seeking a passionate and motivated professional to support the Registered Manager in delivering the very best residential care for older people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home.


  • Supervise and develop care staff, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.


  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, and health & safety requirements.


  • Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to provide quality outcomes.


  • Lead shifts, complete care planning, and monitor service delivery.


  • Assist with audits, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives.


    Requirements
    • Previous experience as a Care Home Deputy Manager or senior care role.


    • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.


    • Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.


    • NVQ Level 3/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards).

        Head of Care – £30,000

        We are recruiting a dedicated Head of Care for a respected residential care home on the Isle of Wight. This role is ideal for a compassionate and organised professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

        Key Responsibilities
        • Lead and manage the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.


        • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews for all residents.


        • Ensure high standards of clinical and personal care are consistently met.
