Our client based in Basingstoke is looking for an experienced Production Operative to join a precision-focused environment where you'll balance hands-on and administrative tasks in a clean room setting. Quick-paced, varied, and essential to operations.

Salary: £24,074 p.a. * Hours: 05:45 - 13:45 (37.5 hrs/week) * On-site with free parking

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Schedule production workflows alongside the Production Manager

  • Use SAP for inventory confirmations and build-time tracking

  • Manage component availability and batch documentation

  • Label products and batch paperwork

  • Oversee product irradiation processing

  • Support cleanroom validation, environmental monitoring, and reporting

  • Assist across warehouse/cleanroom during absences (full PPE provided)

  • Secure the premises at shift-end

You're reliable, detail‑oriented, and thrive in structured environments. Must be comfortable with early starts and stepping into cleanroom or warehouse tasks when needed.
