Labourer/ Cleaner Required
North Cornwall area covering from Bodmin up to Bude
Labourer/ Cleaner required in North Cornwall to work in void social housing properties.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £25,500 per annum plus 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
Labourer Day to Day:
• Clearing of building debris during works
• Assisting trades on site
• Capable of doing a decent build clean in a completed void (cleaning materials and equipment provided)
Labourer Requirements:
• Driving licence essential as will have use of a tipper truck for clearances .
• Good labouring experience preferred
• Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
• Good attitude
• Physically fit and able
• Honest and reliable
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
