Crynodeb

My Ohana operates all the IKEA creches in the UK & Ireland and we are looking for dedicated, fun and passionate early years practitioners to join our creche locations in all IKEAs up and down the UK.

Working in a creche allows all our colleagues to interact and have fun with different children of different ages (ranging from 3-10 years old). It combines amazing customer service and parent interaction with providing children with an environment to have fun and explore, away from their parents.

We run our creches differently mixing both play and supporting the development of children by offering interactive activities.

Equally, our colleagues’ voices matters. How you would like to interact, communicate with our children is up to you and your immediate team.
