Perfect Household Staff are proud to present this fantastic full-time live-out nanny job in Lincolnshire. The family are based in a beautiful countryside home just ten minutes outside the historic city of Lincoln, well-known for its cathedral, castle, and vibrant local culture.
The property includes two acres of gardens and a swimming pool, providing plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun and activities. The family are warm, welcoming, and seek a professional nanny who will become a long-term and valued part of their household. Working as a nanny for this family will be both rewarding and dynamic; with flexibility to provide additional time off when family are away. The children are active, curious, and thrive with structured routines and creative play. The nanny will take on the full spectrum of childcare duties including daily routines, preparing meals, arranging engaging activities, and supporting healthy habits.
As the family live in the countryside, a confident driver with their own car is required. This is an excellent role for an energetic and professional nanny who enjoys a mix of childcare, organisation, and light household support.

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00/8:30 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility required)

Holidays: standard days off + additional time off when family are away
Children: 2 y.o and 3.5 y.o.
Salary: Negotiable (contract); Pension contributions.
Location: Fillingham, Lincolnshire (countryside, driving licence required)

Duties & Responsibilities of the Nanny
Full care of two children (aged 2 and 3.5), including morning routines, dressing, and mealtimes
Planning stimulating and age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors (garden, swimming, local clubs)
Preparing healthy, home-cooked meals and snacks for the children
Supporting nap and bedtime routines
Encouraging early years development through play, reading, and creative activities
Occasional light housekeeping (laundry, tidying children’s areas, hoovering, dishwasher loading/unloading)
Maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
Flexibility for occasional babysitting or travel with the family
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a nanny in private households with proven references.
Two excellent, checkable references
Relevant childcare qualifications
DBS check
UK working permit
Confident driver with own car (essential due to rural location).
