Join Our Early Help Leadership Team as a Practice Supervisor. Are you a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with a passion for improving outcomes for children and families? We’re looking for two exceptional Practice Supervisors to join our Early Help Leadership Team in Lincolnshire.

We have two full-time, permanent positions available:

• Lincoln & West Lindsey – Based at either Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough or St Giles Family Centre, Lincoln, depending on the successful applicant

• East Lindsey – Based at either Horncastle or Louth, depending on the successful applicant

About the Role

As a Practice Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality Early Help services. You’ll work closely with the Team Manager and lead a team of Senior Early Help Workers, supporting them to manage and develop Early Help Workers. This is a leadership role with real impact—providing oversight of casework, driving performance, and embedding innovative approaches to service delivery. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners across the county, ensuring our support is responsive, effective, and tailored to the needs of children and families.

Regular travel across your locality and countywide is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Team Manager in delivering an efficient and effective service

• Provide day-to-day leadership, advice, and guidance to your team and partners

• Line manage Senior Early Help Workers

• Maintain oversight of casework and ensure high-quality support and interventions

• Represent your locality in working groups and lead collaborative initiatives across the county.

• Drive performance, quality standards, and continuous improvement

• Champion new ways of thinking and working

• Identify opportunities for synergy and efficiency across the service

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is adaptable, flexible, and committed to making a difference. You’ll be a confident leader with a strong understanding of Early Help services and a collaborative approach to working with families and professionals. You'll hold a degree or equivalent level qualification and have extensive post qualification experience in Children's Service.
