Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Grinder to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality components in line with technical specifications.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure components meet required tolerances and finishes.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC grinding equipment.
• Conduct quality checks using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Record and report production data accurately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Grinder or in a similar machining role.
• Strong understanding of CNC grinding machines and their operation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environment.

Day-to-Day

• Set up and operate CNC grinding machines to produce components to exact specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
• Perform quality inspections on finished components to ensure they meet required standards.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to address any production challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM
