Position Summary:
The Business Support Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the food chainstore business. This position involves planning work schedules, delegating tasks, and overseeing various operational aspects to ensure that our stores and franchisees operate effectively and in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work Planning and Task Delegation:
Develop comprehensive work schedules and assign responsibilities to team members, ensuring task efficiency and optimal resource allocation across various departments.
2. Correspondence Management:
Provide expert advice on the handling of all correspondence and inquiries related to accounts, sales statistics, and vacancy records. This includes facilitating communication between the head office and individual store locations to ensure clarity and consistency in information dissemination.
3. Insurance Policy Oversight:
Ensure that all procedures related to the consideration, issuance, amendment, and endorsement of insurance policies are strictly followed. This responsibility includes maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding company assets.
4. Coordination of Activities and Resources:
Plan, organize, and coordinate activities across other offices or franchise locations, fostering collaboration and efficiency. The Business Support Manager will be instrumental in aligning efforts across the organization to achieve overarching business goals.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the food retail sector.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
