Roles & Responsibilities :
Specialist care provider for people with learning disabilities, and various mental health conditions including dementia, autism, schizophrenia and moderate challenging behaviour. Client is based in West midlands and Southeast England, however is searching for new agencies to join their PSL to support their brand new home in Codsall, Staffordshire.
Opportunity to support a brand new 8 bed home for young adults aged 16 - 24years
As a standard all agency staff must be fully competent with managing challenging behaviour and administrating medication as heavy reliance on agency staff once service is opened.
As service users full profile unknown, agency must be prepared to provide staff who have additional training and experience such as Buccal training, Diabetes awareness etc.
Client is willing to provide CPI training to agency staff who are regularly allocated to shifts.
