Home Manager
• Join a warm and welcoming home with landscaped gardens, modern decor, and a highly skilled, compassionate care team.
• Benefit from a supportive employer that invests in you with career pathways, CPD, and progression opportunities into regional and national roles.
• Lead a service where kindness, inclusivity, and person centred care are at the heart of everything, empowering both residents and your team to thrive.

A warm and welcoming care home in Newark is searching for an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead its dedicated team. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens and designed with comfort in mind, the home provides Dementia, Residential, and Specialist care, supported by a highly skilled and compassionate care team. This is an opportunity to not only manage a service but to truly make a difference in the lives of residents by valuing kindness, respect, and dignity at the heart of everything you do.
As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the wellbeing of residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met to the highest possible standard. You’ll inspire, mentor, and motivate your team, while creating a supportive and inclusive culture where both colleagues and residents thrive. With a focus on personalised care, you will lead the development and delivery of individualised care plans, promote independence and choice, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and legislation.
This is a role where your leadership truly matters – from championing resident wellbeing to driving continuous improvement and ensuring quality assurance that goes above and beyond regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in managing care homes, strong leadership skills, and an ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. A Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care Level 4/5, is desirable (or a willingness to work towards one), alongside a commitment to safeguarding and a genuine belief in kindness at the heart of care.
In return, you will be joining a progressive organisation that invests heavily in its people, offering robust career pathways, CPD opportunities, and postgraduate programmes. Whether your ambition is to excel at home level or progress into regional and national leadership roles, you’ll be supported every step of the way. With inclusivity, curiosity, compassion, creativity, and courage as core values, this is more than a job – it’s a chance to lead with heart and inspire a team to deliver the very best standards of care!
