Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

What will you be doing?
As the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the day to day running of all activities within the depot. This will include working with the Resource and Delivery Managers to ensure that risks and opportunities are suitably dealt with, striving towards a right first-time mentality.
- Responsible for the management of the CRM system.
- Take on the role of Premise Manager, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory works are carried out in the depot.
- Manage the coordination function, ensuring documentation is in place and processes are being followed.
What they’ll bring
- Previous experience in a similar business support role, preferably engineering.
- A proven track record within a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to seek solutions.
- An understanding of the health and safety at work act, and basic CDM knowledge.
- Valid UK driving licence.
