HR Administrator
Temporary (4–6 weeks)
Location: Office-based - Lasswade, EH18
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Hours: 8:45am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday - Can be fleixble
We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to support our client on a temporary basis for approximately 4–6 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a busy HR environment and support key recruitment and onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advertising roles on the recruitment platform
- Liaising with recruiting managers to support the hiring process
- Communicating with candidates and managing interview arrangements
- Setting up interviews and providing feedback afterwards
- Preparing HR documentation and letters using templates
- Assisting with onboarding of new starters, including creating staff passes and emailing new employees
- Carrying out general HR administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous HR administrative experience desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Confident IT user, with ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Proactive, professional and able to work independently
