An Adult Private Education Training Centre in South Birmingham is looking for an Exams Invigilator. The role is part time, working hours is from 8.30am - 5.30pm, at least 2 days per week, Saturday is a mandatory day for this role.
The training centre is currently recruiting for the position, so there is an option of temp to perm for the right candidate.
You will be based in the main office reporting to the Office Manager. An understanding of JCQ exam procedures is desirable but training will be provided.
As well as the Invigilator role, the right candidate will also cover the reception area, meeting and greeting clients, students and visitors. Answering and transferring calls and taking messages, bookings and dealing with general enquiries. There will also be other administrative duties to carry out as and when required during the shift.
You will have previous experience of covering administrator posts but not essential as well as working in office environment. You will have excellent communication and administrative skills. The candidate needs to be computer literate.
Zems Academy should be able to obtain recent satisfactory references that reflect this.
All candidates who register with Zems Academy receive free Safeguarding, First Aid and Fire Marshal Training. You will also be paid a competitive salary and will be fully supported by the centre.
