We are looking for an M&E Shift Engineer to join our team and help deliver a world-class building services maintenance service.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all engineering activities are delivered to the highest standard.
Job Description
This role will see you coordinating and completing scheduled tasks, responding to issues, and resolving problems quickly and effectively.
You’ll be working in line with company policies and compliance requirements, supporting safe and efficient site operations at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Act as first point of contact for all facilities issues and client queries across site.
Conduct daily audits and walk-arounds, ensuring issues are identified, resolved, and recorded.
Manage key systems (RiskNet, Trirega, Coupa) including logging tasks, raising POs, tracking spend, and producing reports.
Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring inductions, compliance, access and paperwork are properly managed.
Produce accurate monthly and ad hoc client reports, maintaining service levels and compliance.
Maintain training records, support recruitment, and assist with team performance and development.
Deputise for the Facilities Manager when required, promoting a “Safety First” culture and upholding ISS values.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Experience in electrical engineering within building services.
Vocational qualifications in Electrical Engineering (Chartered/Registered).
Skilled in electrical and mechanical maintenance, including scissor lifts, shutter doors, and ramps.
Proven ability in subcontractor and vendor management.
Competent in KPI monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking.
Strong awareness of health & safety requirements and safe systems of work.
